My Terms of Service 🐇💭 updated 22.01.24➖ I serve the right to re-post the commissioned piece to my social(s), but this can be negotiated with the client.
➖ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.COMMISSIONER MAY NOT : ↴
1. Edit or modify completed work.
2. Use for marketing, AI, NFTs, crypto, prints or advertisements etc.
3. Either repost/use without credit OR remove signature.
4. Claim the work as their own.TIMELINE & PAYMENT
➖ Commissioner shall send artworks or references of their character(s). Not accepting detailed desciptions.
➖ Full payment shall be recieved through invoice before or after I submit sketch. Only accepting in USD through PayPal.
➖ The commissioned piece will normally take under a week to complete, but 1-2 weeks is possible depending on complexity/details.POLICIES TO KEEP IN MIND
➖ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
➖ You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece.
➖ If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know ASAP!
